Likewise, under the assumptions established in article 26 of the Data Law, MexTrust Solutions will not be obliged to cancel your personal data.

MexTrust Solutions will respond to said request by the same means by which you have made your request, by means of simple copies or electronically, as the case may be. In the event that your request is answered in the affirmative or appropriate, the requested changes will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days. In the event that you request access to your personal data, the Responsible Party will inform you by email in which we communicate our response to your request, the means by which you will be given access to your information if appropriate. The Responsible Party may extend the terms referred to in this paragraph, only once, for a period equal to the original, which will be informed.

You can write to us at any time to request changes to certain personal information that you think is incorrect or irrelevant. We will update your personal information upon request in accordance with applicable law.
